Какво се опитваш да направиш? Да инсталираш Skype?

Не става ли като свалиш Skype от този линк и след това да щракнеш два пъти върху нещо си .deb файла и натиснеш install?

Упътване за Ubuntu, би трябвало да свърши работа и за Debian

Влез в Synaptic от там избери libqt4-core ; libqt4-dbus libqt4-gui libqt4-network и libqt4-sql ; dbus ; libqt4-qt3support

Инсталираш ги и чак тогава инсталираш скайпа.

Но го направи през Синаптик ...
