Проблем с инсталирането на сайт

Здравейте,наскоро си купих домей нейм и хост,но нещо не можах да се справя с инсталирането на уеб сайт на него.Направих си база данни качих сайта на публик_хтмл папката тръгвам да инсталирам и ми дава грешка 500 и не тръгва инсталацията.Четох в хелп-а трябвало да дам права на файлове ,но пак същата грешка.Ако някой знае как точно да оправя проблема или да обясни последователно стъпка по стъпка ще съм му много благодарен.

В момента пермишъните на файловете и директориите да не са настроени на 777? Ако е така, настрой пермишъните на съдържанието на public_html на 755, a на самата директория public_html настрой пермишъни 750.

Добре, сетни всичко на 777. Да знаеш, че това компрометира сигурността и за това не го дадох още в предният пост, но като приключиш инсталацията и т.н можеш да си настроиш всичко обратно. Кой е хоста, който ползваш?

п.п Какви бяха пермишъните на файловете, преди да ги промениш както ти казах?

Добре е да кажеш хоста, който използваш, но според мен би било най-ползотворно ако се обърнеш към създателя на web софтуера, който най-добре би се ориентирал в това, което е направил и би оказал по-адекватна помощ. Принципно в лога ти писка за проблеми с правата/permissions/ на файловете/директориите.

На СМСхостинг съм.Проблема не е само с тая система а с всички системи които съм инсталирал от cpanel

Moга само да гадая каква е конфигурацията на сървъра и настройките в Контролният панел, но от тоя SMS хостинг нямам добри впечатления като цяло. Щом казваш, че с всички системи проблемът е идентичен, то спрямо логовете, които даваш проблемът се дължи в конфигурацията на сървъра или настройките в контролният панел. Теоретично няма как да ти дава достъп отказан, ако зададеш права позволяващи четене, запис и изпълнение от всеки потребител.

Писах им на супорта,ще видим какво ще отговорят.

Реших проблема сложих права на www папката и на файловете 755 и тръгна инсталацията
