Какво означава тази грешка в ИЕ

Имам Internet Explorer 8. При стартирането му ми се появява грешка Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

, като не мога да отворя нито един сайт.

 

По-надолу видях че има опция "диагностика на проблема", която ми показа следното:

 

Windows cannot connectto the internet using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer.

Check the firewall settings for the HTTP port (80), HTTPS port (443) and FTP port(21).

 

Защитна стена нямам, тази на windows е изключена. В какво може да се корени проблемът?

Провери дали имаш инсталиран мрежов софтуер на nVidia, може той да ти създава проблеми.

Провери си мрежовите настройки - IP, Gateway, DNS.

Опитай да забраниш/разрешиш мрежовата връзка.

Отвори една конзола и напиши ping dir.bg; кажи какъв е резултата. Опитай и с ping 194.145.63.12.

Изпълни в конзолата следните команди и провери дали има някаква промяна след това:

ipconfig /renew

arp -d *

nbtstat -R

nbtstat -RR

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns
