Проблеми с Windows 7 32bit

Здравейте, 

 

Имам два проблема с Windows 7 32 bit: 

 

1. Не мога да отварям .jpg файлове с Windows Viewer (или както там с казваше) . С Photoshop и други графични програми се отварят. Прикрепям снимка едно със съответната грешка. 

 

2. Нямам достъп до администраторските права на акаунта си. Не мога да променям или изтривам системни файлове. В Control Panel се опитах да променя настройките на UAC, но натискайки върху менюто просто нищо не се зарежда. Снимка 2

 

Използвам Microsoft Security Esentials и Мalwarebytes - не откриват нищо.

2. Нямам достъп до администраторските права на акаунта си. Не мога да променям или изтривам системни файлове. В Control Panel се опитах да променя настройките на UAC, но натискайки върху менюто просто нищо не се зарежда

Днес един приятел имаше г/д същия проблем. Като му спрях антивирусната, която също е MS.... нещата се оправиха.

Десен бутон => Open With => посочвате програмата долу маркирате отметката Always use the selected program to open this kind of file => кликвате Ок.

Когато кликнете ОК отваря ли се снимката?

Вероятно ще се наложи да я деинсталирате.

Microsoft Security Esentials беше добра когато се появи в началото, но вече нищо не става от нея. Не е читава. А от това което се вижда на снимката явно програмата съвсем се е бъгнала и не работи адекватно щом дава грешка от типа че не може да намери указания файл. Трябва да се деинсталира напълно. За антивирусна препоръчвам NOD32 v 8 с trial keys за по три месеца. Вижте дали юзъра не е лимитиран. Трябва да имате администратор юзър за да не дава такива грешки при запис. За снимки една от най-добрите програмки за мене е IRFANVIEW. С нея се асоциират снимките и няма да има проблем с отваряне и с запис.

Microsoft Security Esentials беше добра когато се появи в началото, но вече нищо не става от нея. Не е читава.

Невярно. Програмата не е идеална, липсват ѝ някои възможности и има някои недостатъци, но все още е достатъчно добра, за да се използва.

 

Относно основния проблем, не разбирам защо изведнъж всички мислят, че точно антивирусната създава проблема. Като за начало бих искал да знам коя е точно версията на Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Също така бих искал един дневник от FRST. За целта могат да се следват инструкциите от този коментар.

Стартирай команден прозорец (cmd.exe) като администратор. Там въведи следната команда и натисни Enter:

DISM /Online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Изчакай да приключи сканирането и възстановяването на повредените елементи. Накрая рестартирай за всеки случай и виж дали ще имаш още проблеми. Ако процедурата не завърши успешно, кажи каква е появилата се грешка.

Error 87

Командата не е въведена правилно. Липсват интервалите и затова дава грешка.

имаш следния ред DISM /Online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth - забележи, че има интервали преди наклонените черти. Копирай точно реда както Night_Raven го е изписал и пробвай пак.
